QR check-in
Open staff scannerCustomers show QR at arrival. Staff scanner looks up details, then chooses Check-in / No-show / Cancel. Revoke or regenerate QR from Bookings → QR.

Desks, private offices, phone booths = resources. Hourly/daily services + memberships. Use Resources + Memberships + Services (category general).

Staff + chair/room resources + intake forms + deposits + service rules (e.g. patch test). Demo: Haircut service + Alex + hours.

Technician + travel time from Geo service areas. Customer address in form/notes. Buffer travel minutes into availability.
Logistics / delivery
Delivery windows = delivery slots; vehicle/driver = resources/staff; capacity per window.

Machine + operator = resource + staff requirements; setup/cleanup buffers; maintenance as time-off on resource/staff.
